Villa’s Danish Legend Laursen Returns to Meet Supporters (two dates available in the West Midlands) Big Star Creations has pulled off a major coup by arranging the return of one of Aston Villa’s biggest heroes Martin Laursen, the former Denmark and AC Milan defender. Laursen has never been back to the Midlands for ‘up close and personal’ fan engagements since his retirement in 2009, but he will be back in June to reflect on his career and his special memories of playing at Villa Park. Laursen is often debated as one of the best central defenders in Villa’s history along with Paul McGrath, Allan Evans and Olof Mellberg and fans are sure to enjoy meeting the Great Dane.
