Peter McParland, who scored two goals in Aston Villa’s 2-1 FA Cup final victory over Manchester United in 1957, signed this brown vintage-style football in gold marker pen so that the signature is clearly visible over the Aston Villa branding. McParland, who also scored five goals for Northern Ireland in the 1958 World Cup, sadly passed away in May 2025 aged 91. He is one of the greatest players ever to play for Villa.
